We source beans from Czech and international roasters. A fruitier coffee always on the main grinder, a chocolatey special next to it. Espresso, milk drinks, two kinds of batch brew — and handbrew V60 on request. You will also find a seasonal menu and hot chocolates the way the Indigenous peoples used to prepare them.
bistro
Eggs Benedict, Florentine, sweet and savory pancakes — that is our standard menu. Tortillas and sandwiches for weekday lunches. And the last week of every month? Burger weekend.

Cocktails built on our homemade syrups, fruity variations, and a few seasonal specials that rotate regularly.
